A line for the more sophisticated business women, but an exquisite one none the less. The use of bold colors and exagerated shape was a dominate feature in Narciso Rodriguez's pre fall 2010 line. the colors were just as dramatic as the shapes; lovely reds, purples, slates, browns, tans, and greys, accompanied by an ever classic black, is what made his line so head turning. My personal favorite, are the coats. The lines are so interesting. Needless to say, Narciso, if this is a taste of whats to come, I can not wait.

Pringle of Scotland Pre Fall 2010

Clare Waight Keller, creative director of Pringle of Scotland, has been searching for new shapes and fabric treatments to modernize the Scottish knitwear label. Her quest to make her designs more abstract, in my opinion, was a success in this years pre fall collection. These garments are just the way i like them, heavy and chunky on top, skinny and fitted on the bottom, and with a killer pair of platform heals ( which are to die for). The color palette is soft and warm; and the clothes appear to be comfortable and warm. Another successful line for Ms. Clare. Keep it going.

Doo.Ri Pre Fall 2010

Nothing to radical or crazy, but instead subtle details and digitalized brush strokes can be found in Doo Ri Chung's pre fall 2010."I wanted to hash out ideas here to see what will work for Fall," Chung explained. the prints keep her designs fresh and interesting, while here silhouettes and lines are classic.

CHANEL. Gorgeous pre fall 2010; inspired by the glamorous nightclubs on Shanghai of the twenties and thirties, Chanel has encapsulated and era of power and beauty. Karl has done it again, and blown us away with another astounding collection.

Alexander Wang Pre Fall 2010

Another successful collection from Alexander gives us a taste of what is to come for the upcoming fall winter 2010 season. sleek and smart, Alexander Wang gives us a taste of what he thinks his girls would want to wear to work. The tourers are either tailored slim, almost like leggings, or full, like menswear wools. many of the looks are layered. the jackets are long and slim. very appealing, in my opinion. AW's pre fall is one more example of why we love him so much.
